Orders will be despatched within 2-3 days of the order being received.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of placing the order. In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided, and the parcel is unable to be delivered, we cannot be held responsible once the parcel has left the bakery. We will not issue refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to the incorrect address being provided by the customer,
